preflight, zero hour

A whirlwind of activity precipitated this blog about my travels down under. Not the usual down under of Australia. Rather, I am headed towards the oft-forgotten, twin brothers that are New Zealand. One more entry should come before my flight, but this post is the inauguration. New compact flash card for pictures, traveler's cheques, an amazingly portable loaner guitar, and some decent books will be sufficient material travel companions. Cannot to see what sorts of sights await me.
